Plus, the packaging is just lovely; you can really tell how much care and detail went into each product. I'm thrilled to have these in my collection and can't wait to wear them all the time!

One thing I’d suggest is to include swatch previews for all items (in various skin tones) on the site, since only a few have that feature right now. Since makeup can appear different on skin compared to how it looks in the packaging, it often leads to hunting through social media for swatches. I placed an order with Withlove back in February, and as of today (June 2nd - 97 days later), I still haven't gotten my stuff.

I've reached out to them several times, and I was pretty chill about the delays due to Brexit and COVID. At first, they were quick to reply, but now they’ve gone silent on my emails. They even turned down my request for a refund, claiming it was the shipping company's fault that my item didn’t arrive. But come on, as the seller, they can't just pass the buck to the shipping service like that.

I've kicked off the chargeback process with my bank to get my money back. No way I'm ordering from them again.
